We went to the dentist for mom this morning.
I went for a walk all along grady to bulevard and looked at the lovely eucalyptus tree and the tall grasses.
We went to Wendy's for frosty and milkshake.

The trees were so lovely, the dogwoods were red.

I have been working on my bobbin lace almost all day long. It is a 3" square. Fans ring four spiders. I have finished it all, except for the sewing at the end. I'm glad I have the little tools I'll need for threading the bobbin threads through the pinned holes. I'm so pleased with the way it looks now! I am ready to start another one, even ( Read more... )

I insulated the inside of Mom's window airconditioner. I put insulation into the top of the window where it is open up high. I used the thin batt with aluminum foil on the outside. I duct taped it together and in place. I also sorted out around the chair where I sit.

I just got back from Lowes. I filmed my visit and bought a long 3/4" rigid foam insulation board. I had it in the car and it was very difficult to drive! No duh ( Read more... )

I walked up to the top of the hill and down again. I put the garbage out. It's a very nice day today. This afternoon I'm going to try to attend the bobbinlace class to figure out how to do the spider in this pattern.

I did some exercises with my pilates straps.
